Key responsibilities:
Project Management of the NATO CCD COE technical exercises and other large scale projects of the technology branch;
Managing the NATO CCD COE support to the external technical exercises;
Communicating with NATO, Nations and all other stakeholders in order to manage their expectations;
Organasing the project planning, documentation, and execution events, setting up the collaboration environment (venues, roles, invitations, etc.);
Contributing to the preparation of the content of conferences, seminars and international meetings;
Participating in workshops, seminars, and conferences in the respective field of expertise.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of IT project management;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cyber security or information technology- related domain;
Advanced Project Management training courses;
Deep knowledge of IT Project Management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE II);
Proven evidence of successfully managed IT projects;
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
Solid organizational skills with great attention to detail;
Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels;
Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Estonian is a plus.

This Directorate-level position occupies a unique and exciting role at the heart of our organisation. You will lead and apply your expertise as part of a dynamic international team of civilian and military professionals. Your work will involve a large variety of legal matters and requires navigating across a large range of disciplines and legal instruments.
What will be your responsibilities?
Providing legal advice to the Director and NATO CCDCOE staff members on all matters affecting the operations of NATO CCDCOE;
Participating in the procurement processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and drafting procurement contracts;
Participating in the processes of establishing internal policies and regulations;
Advising on and assisting in the negotiation and drafting of agreements between the NATO CCDCOE and external parties (e.g., Memoranda of Understanding, Technical Agreements, and bi-lateral agreements);
Providing expertise in specific problems requiring legal assessment and further revision;
Advising international staff members on the framework nation’s (Estonia) legal system

CR14 is looking for a researcher to provide technical expertise to assist and advise NATO and Nations in the area of Technical Infrastructure for the cyber defence research activities.
Key responsibilities:
Lead NATO CCDCOE projects as a Subject Matter Expert and/or Project Lead;
Provide technical expertise for exercises, training courses, and awareness-raising activities;
Provide briefings and lectures for targeted audiences and participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences in the respective field of expertise;
Evaluate products and solutions for lab and exercises;
Plan and set up cyber exercises and lab environment;
Monitor and develop the lab infrastructure of the NATO CCDCOE.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the field of cyber security and/or in information technology;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cyber security or IT related domain;
Deep knowledge in administration of Linux and Windows operating systems and of the core networking protocols (BGP, DNS, TCP/IP, IPSec, TLS);
Knowledge of attack and defence methods of Linux and Windows based computer networks and web applications;
Excellent knowledge of modern virtualisation platforms and practical experience in using VMWare;
Experience in developing network architecture and good scripting skills;
Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Estonian is a plus.
